Parts up to 5" in diameter to 3" in height (Short Runs Accepted).
Materials consist of Iron, Steel Alloys, Infiltrated Steel Bronze, Brass, Copper, Nickel Silver, and Stainless Steels to meet ASTM, MPIF, SAE and Military Specifications (Prototype Materials Available).
Our Secondary Machining Operations offer complete Machining, Oil, Resin and Wax Impregnation, Plating, Heat Treating, Steam Treating, Tumbling, Grinding, Sizing and Coining, Infiltration and Assemblies.
Engineering and tool design service is available to aid in part designs, material selection and offers consistent lower pricing on your production part requirements (Prototype Machining Service Available). Complete computerized engineering capabilities to provide excellence in quality tooling and parts to assure expedited service and "On Time" deliveries. All tooling is designed, manufactured and maintained at our facility.
